This Pikachu card could be beneficial in a deck focused on spreading damage across your opponent's Pokémon, especially if they have multiple Benched Pokémon. However, in a competitive setting, there are better options available such as Tapu Koko-GX, which can spread damage more effectively with its ability and GX attack.
