Energy Root UF 83, , designed by Ryo Ueda first released in May, 2022 in the set Unseen Forces and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
A deck that focuses on tanking and stalling strategies would benefit from using Energy Root UF 83, as it provides a significant HP boost to a Pokémon while restricting the opponent's ability to use Poké-Powers or Poké-Bodies. However, there are better cards available that offer similar benefits without the drawback of limiting the Pokémon's abilities, such as Max Potion or Acerola. Energy Root UF 83 may not see much play in competitive decks due to its restrictive nature compared to more versatile options.

As long as Energy Root is attached to a Pokémon, that Pokémon gets +20 HP and can't use any Poké-Powers or Poké-Bodies.

Attach Energy Root to 1 of your Pokémon (excluding Pokémon-ex and Pokémon that has Dark or an owner in its name) that doesn't already have a Pokémon Tool attached to it. If the Pokémon Energy Root is attached to is Pokémon-ex or has Dark or an owner in its name, discard Energy Root.
