A deck focused on creatures with shadow would greatly benefit from including Dauthi Warlord, as its power scales with the number of shadow creatures on the battlefield, potentially becoming a powerful threat. However, there may be better options depending on the specific strategy of the deck, such as Dauthi Marauder, which has shadow and can't be blocked except by artifact creatures and black creatures. Overall, Dauthi Warlord could see play in a shadow-themed deck looking to overwhelm opponents with a high power creature.

If an attacking creature has multiple evasion abilities, such as shadow and flying, a creature can block it only if that creature satisfies all of the appropriate evasion abilities.
