A deck focused on discarding Energy cards would benefit from using Ceruledge ex PRE 147, as its Abyssal Flames attack becomes more powerful with each Energy card in the discard pile. However, there are better options available, such as other Pokémon with more efficient attacks or abilities. Ceruledge ex PRE 147 may not see much play in competitive decks due to its high Energy cost and limited versatility compared to other cards.
