A deck focused on disruption and control would benefit from using Shuppet SW 110, as its Gossip attack allows for strategic placement of damage counters on your opponent's Pokémon. However, there are better options available such as Misdreavus from the same set, which has a similar ability but with the added benefit of confusion. Shuppet SW 110 could still see play in a budget deck or as a tech card for specific matchups, but overall, there are more efficient choices for competitive play.
