About Onix SF 69

Onix SF 69, Pokémon - basic, designed by Kyoko Umemoto first released in May, 2022 in the set Stormfront.

Onix SF 69 would fit well in a defensive or stalling deck, particularly one that utilizes Fighting-type Pokémon to capitalize on its Weakness to Grass-type attacks. Its Harden ability can help mitigate damage from weaker attacks, allowing it to survive longer, while Bind can potentially disrupt your opponent's strategy with paralysis. However, there are stronger alternatives like Gardevoir (especially those with abilities that enhance damage or provide additional support) or other Fighting-types with higher damage output and better synergy. While Onix can see play in casual formats or specific builds, it may not be competitive enough in higher-tier play due to its relatively low damage output and reliance on coin flips for paralysis.
