Oasis Ritualist, Creature — naga druid, designed by Josu Hernaiz first released in Jul, 2017 in the set Hour of Devastation and was printed exactly in 4 different ways. It's a key card in 5 combos.
This card, Oasis Ritualist, would benefit decks that require a flexible mana base and ramp capabilities, such as multicolor decks or decks with high mana cost spells. While it provides versatility with its mana generation abilities, there are potentially better cards like Birds of Paradise or Sylvan Caryatid that offer similar benefits without the exert drawback. However, Oasis Ritualist could still see play in certain decks that value its specific abilities or are looking for additional ramp options.

If you gain control of another player’s creature until end of turn and exert it, it will untap during that player’s untap step.

You can’t exert a creature unless an effect allows you to do so. Similar effects that “tap and freeze” a creature (such as that of Decision Paralysis) don’t exert that creature.
