Moonlace could be useful in a deck that focuses on color manipulation or disruption, particularly against decks that rely heavily on specific colors for their spells or permanents. However, there are better options available, such as Sleight of Mind or Alter Reality, which offer more versatility in changing colors. Moonlace might not see much play in competitive decks due to its limited scope and impact compared to other color-changing cards.
