This card would be beneficial in an aggressive red deck that focuses on dealing combat damage quickly to the opponent. It can provide card advantage and potentially allow for additional plays in the same turn. However, there are better cards with similar effects, such as Robber of the Rich, which not only exiles cards but also allows you to cast them without restrictions. Grotag Night-Runner could see play in budget or casual decks, but competitive decks may opt for more efficient options.
