A Grass-type deck focused on disruption and control would benefit from including Flapple V BST 18 in its lineup, as the Sour Spit attack can slow down the opponent's strategy by increasing the cost of their attacks. However, other Grass-type cards with stronger attacking capabilities and more versatile effects may be more competitive choices for a high-level deck. Flapple V BST 18 could see play in more casual or themed decks that value its unique disruptive abilities.
