Bulbasaur LC 68, , designed by Mitsuhiro Arita first released in May, 2022 in the set Legendary Collection and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
A grass-type deck focused on energy acceleration and healing would benefit from including Bulbasaur LC 68 in their lineup, as its Leech Seed attack provides both damage output and a way to heal the Pokémon. However, there are better cards available for building a competitive deck, such as Venusaur VMAX, which has higher HP, stronger attacks, and better support from the current meta. Bulbasaur LC 68 may have some niche uses, but overall, it may not see widespread play in top-tier decks.
