Astral Steel, Instant, designed by Matt Cavotta first released in May, 2020 in the set Scourge.
Astral Steel would be beneficial in a white weenie or aggro deck looking to pump up its creatures for a final push. However, there are better options like Brave the Elements or Emerge Unscathed that provide protection or additional benefits. Astral Steel may not see much play in competitive decks due to its limited impact compared to other available options.

A copy of a spell can be countered like any other spell, but it must be countered individually. Countering a spell with storm won’t affect the copies.
