This Munna BLW 48 card would benefit a Psychic-themed deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's strategy by putting their Pokémon to sleep with Hypnosis and then dealing heavy damage with Dream Eater. However, there are better options available such as Drowzee UNB 89 which has a lower energy cost for similar effects, making it more efficient and reliable in gameplay. Overall, while Munna BLW 48 can be fun to use in casual play, it may not be the most competitive choice in a deck.
