A deck that focuses on ramping up lands quickly, such as a Green ramp deck or a Landfall deck, would benefit the most from Joyous Respite. However, there are better cards that provide similar effects, such as Nourishing Shoal or Feed the Clan, which offer more impactful life gain or additional benefits. Joyous Respite could see play in a casual or budget deck, but in more competitive settings, other cards would likely be more efficient choices.
