A deck that focuses on quickly cycling through Pokémon on the Bench, such as a fast-paced aggressive deck or a deck that relies on evolving Pokémon, would benefit from Giovanni's Exile UNB 174. However, there are better cards like Guzma or Boss's Orders that provide more versatile options for switching out Pokémon. While Giovanni's Exile can be situationally useful, it may not see as much play compared to these stronger supporter cards in most competitive decks.
