Eevee HIF 48 could fit well in a deck that focuses on hand disruption or information gathering, as its Curiosity attack allows you to see your opponent's hand, potentially setting up strategic plays. However, there are generally stronger options for basic Pokémon, such as Dedenne-GX or Crobat V, which offer better draw support and utility without self-damage.
