A deck focusing on disruption and resource recovery would benefit from using Bidoof DP 70, as its Amnesia attack can disrupt the opponent's strategy by preventing them from using a crucial attack, while its Scavenge ability allows for retrieving important Trainer cards from the discard pile. However, there are better options available in the current meta, such as cards with more versatile abilities or stronger attacks, so Bidoof DP 70 may not see much play in competitive decks unless in a specific niche strategy.
