Ampharos HS 105 would benefit a deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's energy attachments and applying consistent damage over time. Its Conductivity ability can be particularly effective against energy-heavy decks, while its Lightning Crush attack provides a decent damage output with a chance for additional damage. However, in the current meta, there are stronger stage 2 lightning Pokémon cards available, such as Raikou-GX, which offer more versatility and power, making it less likely for Ampharos HS 105 to see competitive play.
