A deck focused on stall and disruption strategies would benefit from including Tranquill BLK 149 due to its Fly attack that can prevent damage and effects of attacks done to it once it successfully flips heads. However, there are better options out there like Jirachi from the same Black & White set, which has the Stellar Guidance Ability that can help search for key Trainer cards. While Tranquill BLK 149 can have its niche uses, it may not be the best choice for competitive play compared to other more versatile and impactful cards.
