“The Undying Legion” would fit best in a Rank 6/7 Zombie Xyz strategy, particularly in Zombie decks that can consistently swarm Level 6 or 7 monsters—such as Doomking Balerdroch variants, Zombie World control, or hybrid builds using cards like Mezuki, Gozuki, and Changshi the Spiridao to enable easy Xyz setups.
