The Neutrinos would fit best in a Boros (red‑white) go‑wide aggro or token‑based “blink” deck that wants to flood the board with creatures and attack aggressively, since Alliance rewards you for creatures entering the battlefield and the attack trigger lets you repeatedly blink your own creatures for value (re‑triggering ETB effects while keeping pressure on). It synergizes especially well with token makers, cheap creatures with strong enter‑the‑battlefield abilities, and cards that care about attacking.
