Steelix SF 28, , designed by Naoyo Kimura first released in May, 2022 in the set Stormfront and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Steelix SF 28 would fit well in a spread damage deck, where the goal is to chip away at multiple Pokémon on the opponent's side, especially since its Outbreak Power can target multiple Pokémon based on the energy attached. However, while it has potential, there are arguably better options like Gardevoir (XY) with its ability to spread damage more efficiently and provide additional support to your team. Steelix could see play in a niche strategy, but its reliance on coin flips for Iron Tail and the relatively low base damage may limit its effectiveness compared to more consistent attackers.
