This Rhyperior SV 10 card would benefit a deck focused on disrupting your opponent's strategy by discarding cards from their deck with its Deep Scrap attack. While it can deal significant damage with Raging Drill based on the damage counters on itself, there are better stage 2 Pokémon cards with more versatile abilities and higher damage output, such as Gardevoir VMAX. However, if your strategy revolves around deck manipulation and disruption, Rhyperior SV 10 could see play in a control-oriented deck.
