This Raikou card can be beneficial in a deck focused on disruption and control, as its Roar attack can force your opponent to switch their active Pokémon, potentially disrupting their strategy. However, there are better options available like Raikou from the Lost Thunder expansion, which has a more powerful attack and better synergy with Lightning-type decks. While the Pop2 Raikou can be situational, it may not see much play in competitive decks compared to other more versatile Lightning-type Pokémon cards.
