The Quandrix Campus card would benefit a deck that focuses on ramping up mana quickly and utilizing both green and blue mana for spells and abilities. While it offers the versatility of producing either green or blue mana, its additional ability to scry 1 for a cost of {4} and tapping could be considered slow in a fast-paced competitive environment. Better alternatives like Breeding Pool, which enters untapped and can be used immediately, may be preferred in most cases, but Quandrix Campus could still see play in casual or budget decks looking for a budget-friendly dual land option with some additional utility.
