A Water-type deck focused on quick, energy-efficient attacks would benefit from including Panpour XY 37 due to its low energy cost and potential for additional damage with a coin flip. However, there are better basic Water-type Pokémon cards available with higher damage output and more reliable abilities, such as Froakie XY 40 with its Bubble attack that can paralyze the opponent. Panpour XY 37 could see play in a beginner's deck or as a filler card until stronger options are obtained.
