Paldean Wooper PFL 102, Pokémon - basic, designed by OKACHEKE first released in Dec, 2025 in the set Phantasmal Flames.

Paldean Wooper PFL 102 would mainly fit into a Darkness-type deck that specifically needs it to evolve into Clodsire, as its attack “Trip Over” is very weak and unreliable, doing just 10 damage (or 30 on a coin flip) for one Darkness Energy, which is below the power level of most competitive Basic Pokémon; therefore, it’s not played for its attack but as an evolution stepping stone. If you are building around Clodsire, especially a strong version like Clodsire ex (if format-legal), then Wooper is necessary, but otherwise there are far better Basic Darkness Pokémon such as Roaring Moon ex, Darkrai VSTAR, or even other Basic attackers with higher damage output and better utility. On its own, this card is not competitively viable and should only see play if required for evolution synergy in a dedicated Clodsire line.
