About Munda's Vanguard

Munda's Vanguard, Creature — kor knight ally, designed by Deruchenko Alexander first released in Jun, 2002 in the set Magic Online Promos and was printed exactly in 4 different ways.

Munda's Vanguard would be a great addition to a white weenie or ally tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a powerful buff to all creatures when activated. However, in a competitive setting, it may be overshadowed by more efficient options like Gideon, Ally of Zendikar, which offers a similar effect with more versatility and impact on the board. While Munda's Vanguard could see play in casual or themed decks, it may not be a top choice for optimized competitive decks.

Rules

01/22/16

To activate a cohort ability, the Ally with that ability must have been under your control continuously since the beginning of your most recent turn. Informally, it can’t have “summoning sickness.” However, the other Ally you tap can be one that just came under your control. (Note that tapping the second Ally doesn’t use [the tap symbol].)
