Moon RG 94 to prevent opposing Pokémon with HP less than 70 from using their Poké-Powers. However, in a competitive setting, other Stadium cards like Power Plant or Silent Lab may offer more versatile effects that could benefit a wider range of decks, making Mt. Moon RG 94 less likely to see play unless the specific deck strategy heavily relies on shutting down low-HP Poké-Powers.
