This Mary's Impulse EX 142 card would benefit a deck that focuses on drawing a lot of cards quickly to set up their strategy. Decks that rely on quickly finding key cards or setting up combos would find this card useful. However, there are better cards for drawing cards efficiently, such as Professor's Research or Cynthia. While Mary's Impulse EX 142 can be fun to use for the coin flip mechanic, it may not be the most competitive choice compared to other draw support cards available in the Pokemon TCG.
