This Luxio LA 62 card would benefit a Lightning-type deck that focuses on spreading damage to the opponent's Benched Pokémon while also dealing decent damage to the Active Pokémon. However, in a competitive setting, there are stronger Stage 1 Lightning Pokémon cards available with more powerful attacks and abilities, such as Raikou from the Lost Thunder expansion, which offers more versatility and damage output. Therefore, while Luxio LA 62 has its niche uses, it may not be the optimal choice for a competitive deck and might not see much play in top-tier tournaments.
