About It's an Order! Do Not Defy Me!!! OP15-038

It's an Order! Do Not Defy Me!!! OP15-038, Event - east blue/krieg pirates, designed by Eiichiro Oda first released in Apr, 2026 in the set Booster Pack Adventure On Kami's Island.

“It’s an Order! Do Not Defy Me!!!” (OP15-038) fits best in a **Green East Blue / Krieg Pirates control-style deck**, especially one built around **locking down large, DON!!-invested threats** and winning through tempo and board restriction rather than pure aggression. Because it prevents an 8-cost-or-less rested character with 2+ DON!! from becoming active, it’s strongest into decks that stack DON!! onto key mid-to-large bodies (such as midrange green, purple ramp, or certain leader-focused builds), letting you effectively “freeze” a major attacker for an extra turn and swing tempo in your favor; the +4000 [Krieg] counter is also solid in-theme defensive value. However, outside a dedicated Krieg build, it’s fairly narrow and situational, since it requires the target to be rested and DON!!-invested, making it less flexible than stronger green staples like **Izo (rest utility + trigger pressure)** or more universally impactful control events that rest or lock characters without condition
