Cool but Rude fits best in aggressive red decks that naturally attack every turn and don’t mind discarding—especially Rakdos or mono‑red “discard matters,” Madness, or graveyard‑centric shells—because Level 1 turns every attack into card filtering, and Level 2 converts all your rummaging, looting, Blood/Fable-style token discards, or Madness enablers into repeatable burn to the opponent.
