Song of Blood, Sorcery, designed by Eric Peterson first released in Feb, 1997 in the set Visions.
A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and has a high creature count would benefit the most from using Song of Blood in Magic: The Gathering. However, there are better cards like [[Temur Battle Rage]] or [[Become Immense]] that offer more impactful effects for a similar cost, making Song of Blood less likely to see play in competitive decks.
