A deck that focuses on disruption and control would benefit from using Shuppet DR 43 due to its ability to put the Defending Pokémon to sleep and deal damage to your opponent's Pokémon. However, there are better options available such as Jirachi PR 79, which not only puts the opponent's Active Pokémon to sleep but also allows you to search your deck for a Trainer card when you play it. Shuppet DR 43 could see play in a budget deck or as a tech card, but it may not be the most optimal choice in competitive play compared to other more versatile cards.
