A deck focused on accelerating energy and applying status conditions would benefit from including Ninetales UL 20, especially in a Fire-type deck with high energy requirements. While Ninetales UL 20 can be useful for energy acceleration, other cards like Welder or Blacksmith may provide more consistent energy acceleration options. However, Ninetales UL 20 could still see play in certain decks that can take advantage of its unique ability to quickly power up a Pokémon with Fire Energy from the discard pile.
