Lugia CEL 22, Pokémon - basic, designed by Kouki Saitou first released in May, 2022 in the set Celebrations.

Lugia CEL 22 would fit well in a deck that focuses on energy acceleration and maximizing damage output, such as a deck utilizing cards that can quickly attach multiple energy cards, like those featuring the Welder or Dedenne-GX for hand refresh and energy attachment. While Lugia's Aero Ball can deal significant damage with the right setup, its Deep Crush attack's drawback of not being able to attack the next turn can be a liability.
