About Garchomp UPR 99

Garchomp UPR 99, Pokémon - stage 2, designed by Megumi Mizutani first released in May, 2022 in the set Ultra Prism.

Garchomp UPR 99 would be a great addition to a deck that focuses on using Cynthia as a key supporter card, as its Royal Blades attack can deal significant damage when Cynthia is played during the turn. This card could work well in a deck that aims to control the opponent's board by targeting specific Pokémon with Quick Dive and then dealing heavy damage with Royal Blades.
