Twinflame Travelers would fit best in a **Blue-Red (Izzet) Elemental tribal deck**, especially one built around **triggered abilities** (enter-the-battlefield effects, attack triggers, death triggers, or spell-based triggers from Elementals like Risen Reef, Thunderkin Awakener, or Omnath variants). Its ability to double triggered abilities of other Elementals makes it strongest in a synergy-heavy, creature-centric build rather than generic Izzet spells.
