Scour (3) is particularly beneficial in decks that focus on controlling or disrupting opponents' aura strategies, making it a strong choice for Wizard decks that can capitalize on dealing arcane damage, especially against heroes that rely on low-cost auras, like Prism or Kano. While there are other cards that can deal damage or disrupt strategies, such as Aether Wildfire or Channel, which can provide sustained damage output, Scour's unique ability to destroy multiple auras and deal damage based on the number destroyed gives it a niche utility that can be very effective in the right matchups.
