Salmanence PLB 64 would be a valuable addition to a disruption deck that aims to control the opponent's board state by removing Stadium cards and disrupting their strategy by discarding all Pokémon Tool cards attached to their Pokémon upon evolution. While this card offers unique utility, other cards like Garbodor from the Sun & Moon set provide more consistent disruption with its ability to shut down all abilities of Pokémon with Tool cards attached. Salmanence PLB 64 could still see play in specific matchups where its abilities are particularly advantageous, but overall, there are more effective options available for disruption strategies in the current Pokémon TCG meta.
