Regidrago V could be a valuable addition to a Dragon-type deck that focuses on energy acceleration and spreading damage to the opponent's bench. While its Celestial Roar ability can potentially provide energy acceleration, its Dragon Laser attack offers decent damage output and bench sniping potential. However, in the current meta, there may be better options available such as Dragapult VMAX which offers higher damage output and versatility, making it a more competitive choice for play.
