Recycle EPO 96, , designed by Ryo Ueda first released in May, 2022 in the set Emerging Powers and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
A deck that focuses on recycling key cards from the discard pile would benefit from including Recycle EPO 96, as it provides a chance to retrieve important resources. However, a better alternative to consider would be the Trainer card Ordinary Rod, which allows you to shuffle either 2 Pokemon or 2 basic Energy cards from your discard pile back into your deck. While Recycle EPO 96 has its uses, the versatility and potential for greater impact make Ordinary Rod a stronger choice for most decks.
