A deck focused on artifacts and high mana value artifacts in particular would benefit from including Muzzio, Visionary Architect, as it provides card advantage and the potential to cheat out powerful artifacts onto the battlefield. While there may be more efficient cards for specific strategies, Muzzio's ability to dig for artifacts and put them directly into play can be a strong advantage in the right deck, making it worth considering for inclusion in artifact-heavy decks looking for card advantage and ramp.
