About Infernape PLS 17

Infernape PLS 17, Pokémon - stage 2 team plasma, designed by 5ban Graphics first released in May, 2022 in the set Plasma Storm.

Infernape PLS 17 would fit well in a Fire-type deck that focuses on aggressive strategies, potentially paired with cards that can quickly recycle or attach Energy to maintain pressure after using Malevolent Fire. Its ability to disable an opponent's attack with Torment can provide strategic advantages against high-damage Pokémon, but its reliance on discarding all Energy limits its sustainability. While there are other powerful Fire Pokémon, such as Reshiram & Charizard-GX or Blaziken, which offer more consistent damage output and utility, Infernape could still see play in a fun or niche deck that emphasizes disruption.
