Golurk V EVS 182, Pokémon - basic v single strike, designed by Oswaldo KATO first released in May, 2022 in the set Evolving Skies.
This Golurk V EVS 182 card would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on disrupting your opponent's evolution strategy, particularly against decks that heavily rely on evolved Pokémon. While its Rewind Beam attack can devolve your opponent's Active Pokémon, potentially setting them back in their strategy, its weaknesses to Darkness and resistance to Fighting may limit its effectiveness in certain matchups. There may be better cards with similar devolving abilities, such as Alolan Muk from the Unbroken Bonds set, which can devolve all of your opponent's evolved Pokémon. Whether Golurk V EVS 182 should see play would depend on the current meta and how prevalent evolved Pokémon are in competitive play.
