Enchantment Alteration would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on controlling the battlefield by manipulating auras attached to creatures or lands. This card can be particularly useful in disrupting opponents' strategies by moving powerful auras to less threatening permanents. While there may be more versatile options like Flicker effects or Steal effects in certain situations, Enchantment Alteration could still see play in decks looking for a specific targeted effect to deal with problematic auras.
