Tuktuk Grunts would be beneficial in a red aggressive Ally deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a quick, growing threat with its Haste ability and the potential to gain additional +1/+1 counters when other Allies enter the battlefield. However, there are better options like Kazuul Warlord, which also benefits from Ally synergies and has a more impactful ability. Tuktuk Grunts could still see play in a casual Ally-themed deck, but for competitive play, other cards may be more effective.

This ability triggers on this creature entering the battlefield, so it will enter the battlefield with its unmodified power and toughness, and then receive a +1/+1 counter a short time later. It does not enter the battlefield with the +1/+1 counter already on it.
