A deck focused on control and disruption would benefit from using Swalot EM 40 due to its ability to continuously heal itself with Blot and apply status conditions with Poison Breath. However, there are better options available such as Seismitoad-EX, which offers a more powerful disruptive effect with Quaking Punch. Swalot EM 40 may not see much play in competitive decks due to its lower overall impact compared to other cards with similar effects.
