Starling, Aerial Ally could be a great addition to a white-based flying-themed deck that focuses on evasive creatures and aerial strategies. Being able to grant flying to another creature can provide additional reach and evasion to your board presence. While there may be better options like Favorable Winds or Empyrean Eagle that provide consistent flying buffs to all your creatures, Starling could still find a spot in a more creature-centric deck that values one-time effects.
